Hope your neck heals quickly. I suppose you have, but just in case not: have you tried a set-up which changes the angle at which you view the screen? (E.g., standing desk, or monitor elevated at a sitting desk, or both.)

It's a chronic thing that flares up from time to time. I have my monitors raised up a bit, and it helps; I also got some stretches and exercises from physical therapy that keep it under control. But as a general matter, less computer time is probably a Good Thing these days.

That last is pretty much always true, yes. For many reasons.

That said, I still dream of a way that I can make the ceiling above my bed a computer monitor. Because, you know, surfing on an iPad Mini is Just So Hard.
